Reinstalling Cross will only help if you manually delete the mixvibes.setting in your user profile as Windows prohibits this personal file to be deleted by uninstall.
This file does hold some of the info for soundcloud.
However since multiple users suddenly complain it is most likely that SC once more made a change in the way of accessing the data. This periodically happened before and is not communicated by them. So only with trial and error the devteam can try to fix this.
No guarantees, but so far the team managed to fix previous issues.
Only thing DJ's always have to have a plan B in case you don't have internet access (to whatever source for whatever reason). Learned the hard way....
