Can't get any sound through headphone jack on pdc 10 MIDI

Hello I have purchased a pdc 10 MIDI controller

I am running Windows 7
I have installed asio4all v2
I have tried running Cross DJ le 2.2.0 and 2.6.0
I have tried all different configurations in preferences and all knobs are turned up but I still cannot get any sound through the headphone jack on the MIDI controller.. please help

Sorry you are experiencing this issue with your controller and Cross DJ LE!

The first and simplest thing to check would be to make sure you have the headphone button enabled on the track you wish to hear in the headphones. Also check to make sure the cue volume knob in the software is not turned all the way down. This and the cue mix knob should be found in the top right of the screen.
