The evolution of my DJ Booth
1st generation
A ROG Laptop
UMCP-2
Originally I mapped the UMCP-2 to control 4 decks. However, that turned out to be a bit cumbersome. Once I started using 4 decks and all the Sampler pads I added the Quneo controllers.
2 Quneo controllers using 2 Crane stands. Used these to controll additional pads and video functions.
2 tiny generic monitor speakers.
Everything was set on top of a 12U rack that had a seconday Mixer and power management and storage drawers.
2nd generation
Got a 5 feet Odessey DJ table
A 6 feet 2 feet deep facade which I modified with LED lights
Got a DDJ-SX
A Samsumg 20 inch monitor in the center
A second computer to handle alternate video and also act as a backup system using the UMCP-2 and a DDJ-SP1.
IO Gear switch TX/RX to handle video source switching between Cross Video output and alternate video.
3rd Generation
I was not quite happy with the LEDs, so I added extra backing for better reflection and high density LEDs.

4th generation
I sold the DDJ-SX and got a DDJ-SZ2.
Now I could switch between Serato, Cross, VDJ and Rekordbox.

5th generation
It was getting a little crowded on the tabletop. So I moved the 2 laptops to underneath the table.
Got 2 more monitors.
Got a switching bluetooth keyboard.
Mounted some hardware to hold microphone, iPhone or iPad for controlling lights in DMX and one Quneo controller which I hope to use to control Remix Video If I ever get that working correctly.
