OK man, do you have any info on this:

2. When I talk in the mic I cannot hear it come out from the speakers. Can that be done? It was working with W10 OTB drivers.

3. Can I disable some unecessary devices? Like I have Ch12, Ch34 and CH56 in playback devices and I only use speakers? And Ch34 in recording but I don't use nay Hi-Z? (question being are they necessary if I only record trough microphone?)

4. Cubase thing: when I put my input, I put it in mono. Stereo only offers me either left or right (side) of mic ... can I combine right and left to get Stereo out of microphone?

Yes it's usb1.1 as many soundcards are, even when said to be usb 2. Every output/input can handle 1mb/sec, which is more than needed. So using usb 2 will not result in any better audio.

The items you mention aren't devices but the stereo channels of the soundcard (ch1 mono + ch2 mono =ch12 stereo.) If you install the sound card control panel you may be able to disable channels, but not sure if it works with W10. Can be downloaded from downloads (right column )

I don't understand how you use the sc. As you say that you want to disable all output channels but do want to use speakers. If you mean speakers of your laptop then you need to install ASIO4ALL to make a virtual soundcard that comprises both your laptop as soundcard audio.

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

If it's outgoing you likely can use for External mixer + Cue mode, so you have an extra Cue option.

If it's input you can use it for Aux in to record from a mixer.
