Well, as last weekend. I was promised solution next week.
"If you send me the mail address you have been using to purchase this product, I can send you either a refund or a new licence key as soon as you give me the address." .... And I did..
This weekend support mail:
" I now have a direct line of communication going with the rest of the team and will be sure to have them finish sending you a license for Remixvideo."
Well, it's like 3 weekends before
"Very sorry about the lack of response again! The main Mixvibes team has undergone a few personnel changes and have reached out to me (weekend support) at the end of this last week.
Now that the lines of communication are back open I can hopefully get some answers and progress for you!"
It's never ending story....
And yes, for over a month ago
"I will bring up your case as well first thing this week when the rest of the team is back in the office and report back as soon as I know more."
