mixvibes6.jpg mixvibes4.jpg Can't find any new firmware for mixtrack and It doesn't seem to show multiple channels on Asio4all. Asio4all still not showing in the audio tab in Cross DJ. You mentioned uninstalling a soundcard driver, can you give any more details. Thanks.

Hi guys,
When you connect the Mixtrack Pro 2 to your Windows computer, your operating system may secure your hardware as the default soundcard for playback and recording in Windows. If this happens, Cross DJ will not be able to access your hardware's soundcard and therefore will not connect.
Daniel already suggested checking the playback device, but apparently it can also be an issue if the hardware is set as a recording device as well. Please try these steps:
1. Close all applications
2. Navigate to Start Menu> Control Panel > Sound
3. Select your computer's internal soundcard or speakers as the default Playback device
4. Select your computer's internal soundcard or microphone as the default Recording device
5. Check the Communications tab to see if you need to set the internal soundcard as the default device. (this is not always necessary, as with some Windows versions there is no option to set a device in this tab)
Then you can try connecting your Mixtrack and opening Cross DJ.
Also I was able to find there is no need to download and install drivers for your Mixtrack Pro 2 because its class compliant.
