The same problem.I buy Cross DJ a few day ago and I have the same problem.At this time I can't use the software....It was not reliable...what a disappointment....I never had a similar problem with Traktor, VDJ and Serato ....I can not use a program that crashing becouse i search the mp3 files in my subfolders....I'm disappointed and angry

Hi Ronald, I use OSx and I read your messagge and your configuration it's like my configuration....I have the same problem. I know drag and drog trick to import file in the collection. Thank you.You're very kind. It's a solution only for a few tracks....this isn't my situation.
For me it's unbeliveable this crash: image this crash during live performane.
I think that a software for DJ can crash for a wrong hardware setup or for hardware performance problem, but for browsing file in the system it's absolutely not unacceptable: the software in this sense must be very reliable and stable.
I read that this problem is release 3.4.3 and you ticket to support is an older ticket.Your ticket was passed to developers and for this problem you did not any feedback.This was not unacceptable. I'm really disappointed.This thing is not for pro DJ that must have speed feedback and solution for this kind of serious problem.

Bottom line is Mixvibes Cross has to be rebuilt from the ground up.
