Tick sound for beat grids

Postby jonas76 on 02 Oct 2016, 10:39

Hello,

I was a long time Traktor user and made great use of the feature that enabled a "tick" sound for every beat grid so that you could check that the beat grid overlaps indeed nicely with the actual beats in a track.

Could this be possible to implement in a future release?

Thanks!

I think it would be great to have ticks on the beatgrids as well as dynamic analizing for live music.

Metronome could help but better handling of songs with drifting beats would be nicer.
Especially songs with manual drumming sections since beatgridding those is annoying...
And if time is left, a revamp of the effects section... ;-)

After doing some More comparisons I have come to this conclusion and agree with better handling of the analizing.
I use an equal amount of old skool house and rave tracks etc I ripped from my old records and in Pioneer rekord box it does a very impressive job with the exception of the impossibly timed, but even with some of these I was normally able to adjust the beat grids myself and pull everything into sync.

but the more I use Cross again it is seeming not so good, maybe its been left behind a little from when I last used Cross.

So more of less agreeing with the others about these aspects and the gridding, and no harm in a metronome.

I do not use video at present so in my experience I only refer to mixing audio
