Remove clicks when turning on effects/loops

If you listen carefully, when you turn on an effect or loop, you can hear a click. It's very soft, but it's there and if you record DJ mixes for people to listen to at home, they might hear it too.

Torq seemed to get around this somehow, and I've heard that Traktor does a very short crossfade between audio signals to avoid this kind of thing. I'm not a programmer though - just a sound engineer nitpicking. Sorry!

The FX's are being worked on. Especially 64bit provides more options.
