On import the BPM tag of the tag is read and written in the collection.
On analysis the BPM is determined by Cross. It is pretty common that the BPM is not exactly the BPM as in the tag. In many cases this is caused by conversion(s). Most important is that tracks are all measured the same way, so beatmatching can be done most accurate.
Regarding the different info: the deck shows the BPM value from the analysis file and not the value from the collection record.
Differences may have a variety of causes, from not being analysed before, being analysed using an other collection, manual input of BPM value.
If you run an analysis (e.g. BPM only) and after this it is different there would be an issue.
BTW if you hoover over the deck (moving wave) you see a pencel button. If you click it you open the beatgrid editor. change BPM *2 or /2 is an easy function here as especially with setting up a collection one usually has the BPM detection range on the most used value.
