Behringer CMD DC-1 and Cross DJ

Postby Idan Korenblum on 15 Apr 2014, 17:27

Hey guys, I'm new to these stuff (controllers, not DJing) and I wanted to ask a question.

I'm buying soon the Pioneer DDJ-SB controller, as I understood it is fully mapped for Cross DJ.

My question is: can the Behringer CMD DC-1 controller be linked at the same time to the Cross DJ, in order to use it to assign many hot cues and sample for jamming live while playing at parties?

Not only I don't know if the Cross DJ is compatible with Behringer CMD DC-1, I also don't know if 2 controller can be used at the same time, and if the Behringer CMD DC-1 is suitable for my needs (hot cues jamming / samples jamming).

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Hi, welcome,
In Cross you can hook up upto 8 controllers.
All can be mapped.

MIDI is a communication protocol. Cross supports MIDI (the Cross Full support HID as well). So any device talking MIDI can be hooked up.

Please let us know if you need more info.
