I went on to the paypal site and I got stuck. I tried a few times and thought perhaps I was stuck because it is currently Holiday in china (chinese new year). Gave it a few days, but seemed like the same problem arrised. Callled my bank, they said there is no problem, then called Paypal to see if my account was setup correctly.
According to Paypal, there seem to be an issue with your account. The operator couldnt tell me anything, only said that this is a German company and that I need to tell them to check their account.
Guys, seriously, Im eager to get your software (and timecode cd), but it seems to be pretty hard for me (living in china) to do so.
