Disappearing of Cross DJ software

Hi guys, I have open up my laptop this evening and notice that my Cross DJ software has been missing. It shows a question mark on the software.

I tried finding for the software in my laptop but in vain.

So I tried re-installing the software again but inputting in the cd but it prompt me that I could not overwrite it.

I guess maybe my initial version was 2.0.0 which I have recently updated it to 2.4.0

Kindly advise me on what I should do now to get my software back.

the newest version is 2.5 ,since you are regerstered on the fourm you have access to the download section,, not shure whats going on on your computer ,,,it would be good to know what operationg system you are using and the laptops spec ,,also any thing that might have changed to have this happen ,,

I am using a Mac and maybe i might have accidentally deleted it but when I checked on my Trash, I do not see anything with regards to Cross DJ.

So now u are suggesting me to install the 2.5.0 straight?

well i am not a mac user ,not familiar with that operating system,,,i have mulitiple version of Cross installed on my computer ,, and can run then as i choose ,,other than wait on a more informative mac user ,,,

First try download the last version 2.5 then restart your Mac just to make sure CrossDJ is not running in the background. Now install version 2.5 it should ask if you want to replace file or keep both. tell it to replace file you might get a popup to ask you to write in your password for your mac.
