There is no info on the Logitech website about it but it is recognized by two other apps. It is like the Griffin iMic sound card and the one by Turtle Beach but half the cost. And constructed better than the iMic.

Right now this is not possible to use an usb soundcard and the iPad headphone jack to output sound.

Is that in the works for the future? Because that little cable, an iPad and a set a headphones is a great portable set up.

Just to confirm

Theres no way of getting audio from my usb sound card and a seprate stereo output from my headphone jack simultaneously?

I use the mixvibes U-Mix44 usb soundcard with an external Numark mixer, works beautifully with Cross on iPad. All your pre cueing and master output (including record) is done the traditional way though your external mixer. U-Mix44 on eBay for about £50... Hope this helps. :rolleyes:

Ah just one thing I forgot to mention when using the U-Mix 44, you will also need the camera kit connector from Apple as this plugs into your iPads socket giving you the USB female for the U-Mix 44. In addition to this you will also need a powered USB hub to plug the U-Mix into, otherwise the iPad will report "accessory uses too much power"
