U-Mix44 and Mixvibes U-Mix Control

Hi all,

I already have a U-Mix44 Soundcard and Mixvibes Cross 2.2, about to upgrade to 2.3! Which I use with digital vinyl and am interested in getting a controller for a smaller setup when needed. would I get away with just getting the MV Controller without audio integrated and just use the UK-Mix44 soundcard I already have?
