Can't preview songs in headphones

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm new to this. After updating my software, everything seemed to work ok, but today, I found that I could no longer hear songs through my headphones whenever I hit the source A or B buttons. I can only listen to them when they are actually playing through my speakers. Also, when I scroll through my lists and hit the button to preview a song before I load it, it plays in my mix through the speakers. any help?

Left out some details. I'm using a U-Mix Control Pro and running the 2.2.0 version of Cross DJ

Others may have a better idea but I'd double check the audio settings first.

I've tried just about every combo on the audio settings I could think of and it still won't work. I honestly have no idea what could have gone wrong

I am using the Vfx controller and I can't seem to get the Headphnes to work with preview. The scroll knob works It turns the preview on, I can see the audio is streaming but not through the headphone output on the Vfx. I am using the #1 output for the main output and would like to use the headphone out on the Vfx for preview, like it worked running the Vfx software.

While we are at it, how do I input info into the Mediabase under CrossDJ. Right clicking doesn't allow me to edit a file as in previous versions of mixvibes, Pro and Vfx.

Not sure (used Vfx too less) but I think the headphone jack is output 5/6 of the Vfx Control - give it a try

I did get the headphones to work, but only if I set the routing mode to /external mixer cue. But then I loose the controls on the /Vfx Control. If I set output 1 to Vfx Control 1/2 and Output 3 to Vfx 5/6 I get nothing if the routing is in /dual stereo mode. I am trying to have output 1 run both left and right players thru the Vfx Cross fader and run the headphnes thru 5/6 to hear the PREVIEW. There doesn't seem to be a way to set the preview to any output. What am I missing? Also is there a way to add info to the media base like Rating? I right click and don't get an edit prompt.

You need to set the 3rd outputs of the Vfx soundcard :
1 : 1&2 (master)
2 : 5&6 (headphones)
3 : 3&4 (not used)
