I'm having a few issues, and while I know this isn't the right area, it appears to be the only area I can post in.
I bought Cross DJ through the Apple App store and I can't find a serial number to put into my profile to register the software.
I'm getting an error message when I try to load tracks that says, "File access is restricted, try relocating the track first."
I'm on a Mac using OS X 10.8 and Cross DJ 2.1.0. My library is located on a second internal drive formated using HFS+ w/ journaling (replaced the superdrive).
It happens with MP4 (video), M4A (Apple Lossless), and MP3 (varying bitrates, both VBR and CBR).
When I added the tracks to the library instead of loading from the iTunes integration, some of the issues cleared up, but problems persisted on others. The tracks are viewable - I can show them in the finder without issue.
Feel free to move this, message me, or whatever is necessary - but I'm considering options after being on Torq for more than 6 years, beta testing for roughly 5, and moderting their forums for over 5 years. Don't be worried about getting technical or asking technical questions... I'm sure I can answer them.
