It's not the LEDs that the problem with mapping in mix vibes..it's the moving platter
The sound card in the ns7 works and most button , knobs and faders can be mapped......but not the platter....without the moving platter there is no point

It depends on what does the platter sends, what kind of signals.
VDJ has motorised platter functions afaik, but I think there must be a way to map those platters, maybe messing with the combo-jog option. And layering the loop-size adjust and other stuff is just the top of the iceberg.
I wanted to get and NS7 2 years ago, so here is my opinion:
Get any technical and prectical info on how that works, what it sends, etc, and how the motorised platter works. It needs some time to figure out.
There must be a way to make those platters work, even if you don't use the motor.
Try to find evidence for the motor, that if it can be controlled by MIDI output.
