USB sound card

Hi I have Cross DJ. I have been trying to set it up so that I can haw the master mix going to the headphone jack on my laptop and the cue to the usb sound card I have but no matter what I do I can’t have them both at the same time is there anyone that can help?

use asio4all, it´s free and easy found via google.

it´s a generic asio-driver for all types of soundcards.

Ok done that and set it up. Cue is ok that is just coming throw the sound card only but the master mix is coming throw both the laptop speakers and the sound card.

Set the cue mix fader to master only.

Ok so this all work but I have a new laptop now and when I download easio4all it doesn’t show up on the bar at the bottom or in the settings. I really could do with some help on this as I’m not very good at computers.

and it´s not selectable in the Cross prefs?
that´s odd....

can you check if it shows up in window´s when you go to uninstall programs?

if yes, deinstall it, clean the registry with ccleaner and install it again as admin.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 time today
