HI iv just taken it of my laptop and am installing again as cd was cueing and loop where working but sound quality was poor and it was playing both tracks out of one channel even tho its setup on two ?
Okay, I thought you want one channel because you set it to one. You can see it on your Audio section at the Config report.

Check if the driver of the U-Mix44 is the newest. At the forum download page is the newest also for x64 and so on!

Now you should have two outputs set. and you have also the newest 7.4 version installed so you don't need any updates.
The timecode looks also well with 100% of quality. Check if it is now better or not.
If you have still the problem with both decks comes out of one channel check the output configuration. You can check this best with the Carbon V2 Skin then you have on every deck a number. There should stand on deck 1 a "01" and on deck 2 than "02" then you should have sound on both channels.

thanks for the help but it seems to be working now how do you get new skins iv seen then with the cdj1000 and the djm but not got a clue how to get them or where?
