iTunes Display

Postby alexbesht on 24 Jan 2012, 21:46

To the Mixvibes Team,

I would love to have the same display in the iTunes tab of Cross as the one in the picture above. I switch between original vinyls and timecoded ones, and this would help me stick with the same kind of feeling as digging through a crate.

I would be so grateful if you managed to do that.

Thanks,

Alex

PS: Yeah...I'm a Ben Klock fan...

And still, I don't really like the way it is now in the Collection tab, plus when albums are compilations, there's the picture for every track of the compilation (the way I sort it in iTunes anyway, which seems like the right one to me)

 I had that issue too,
since iTunes changed to front-row i guess, Covers and track info is quite buggy.

If you want a compilation to be shown as one album, you manually have to edit album-artist (!not artist, as this will change the track-artists as well!) to V.A. / Various Artists or whatever you would like to have.

Edit: I just got your problem, to get your itunes-order just drag´n´drop the itunes-playlists into the collections playlists.

Yeah that's a great tip, thanks ! I still prefer the way it is in iTunes, and the sorting is kinda different (sorted by album name and not possible to have album/artist/year) but it's far better than what I had before.
