AFAIK, this isn't. I tried with your permissions and it seems you can post elsewhere... Might be related to your web browser ...

Threads aren't never locked without a good reason (resolved, duplicate, no respect of the forum rules, etc.)

I dunno what you posted or asked before, but in case you didn't get what you expected, here are some advices:
- Respect the forum rules
- Ask precise questions.
- Read and follow the answers you get.
- Remain polite.

Have you tested my link? That every cookie of the page will be deleted? If not here is the link again.
ucp.php?mode=delete_cookies

This can happens sometime that the cookie is not overwritten with the new information. So please test th link, log in again and report us if it helps or not.
