Vfx problem on soundcard when updated to 1.2.2

hi!

when i updated my Vfx software to 1.2.2 the soundcard was lost thats why it has no sound because when i go to preference soundcard it says not connected.

i uninstall & install it 3 times in 2 days but the problem still the same, i even install my orig. Vfx driver then update 1.2.2, still the same.

what should i do with these update? what should be the problem? should i go back to 1.2.1?

moved to Vfx support.

have you tried installing the asio-driver itself again?

If the 1.2.2 broke your asio driver, simply re-install them : Vfx Control drivers

but there is no asio alone on the Vfx driver, how can i re-install it?

i try it on my other laptop and now they both the same problem with 1.2.2

I also lost all sound when I updated Vfx to 1.2.2. I might have entered the wrong activation code. When asked for the activation code I entered the old code that I had. Then when I got my email with the new activation request and code I was unable to reenter the code. When I tried to deactivate it I was told I hadthe wrong code. I did download the from the link the asio driver but then didn't know what to do with it?
Any help?

Loosing the sound into 1.2.2 is not linked to the activation.
When you have download the zip file just unzip it and follow the instruction packed inside.

OK, found out that the Link downloads a RAR file. I didn't know that was a type of zip file. I did download winrar to extract the files. Everything is working great now. I don't like that the 1.2.2 version changed all my ratings. That is where I left letters for which parties requested what songs. That has all disappeared.

when i update to 1.3 of Vfx the problem is when i push the load button of right or left channel the video of what is playing has an effect like currupting but not so, but everytime i load videofiles the video of what is playing has something like log, what should i do with this?
