hi,

im loving the new Cross the fx are real cool. btu i was expecting it to have sampler pad like DVS does. is there something i do not know or??/ and what is the snap button for?

Hi,

the sampler wil probably come within the next couple of releases.

Snap, depending on the value chosen, will help you set clean, in-time locators according to the beatgrid.
->if you´re off with your timing, snap will automatically set the locator to the nearest 4th/8th/16th (or whatever you chose)

do you know when the official Cross 1.7 will be released. and how stable is the release candidate, could i do a live set with it?

tbh the rc has been stable for me, but it´s not yet perfect perfomance-wise.

it seems good to me too. should i risk it? i want too but i play for long hours and share my set with my friend who uses cd's but to save the hustle i just keep Cross connected in just select "line in" so there is no hustle.
