MIDI Pitch with more than 255 Steps

Hello,

I have a Numark NDX 800. The following problem:

The Pitch-Slider starts with #e0 0 40.
When you move it up to a slower value the value make steps like:
#e0 42 3f
#e0 15 3f
#e0 78 3e
...
#e0 0 0

To the other side it starts also with #e0 0 40.
Then moving it increase like
#e0 13 40
#e0 0 41
...
#e0 7f 7f

is it now possible to map this to DVS? I tested different ways but I don't get it working.

May be 14bits MIDI : DVS don't support this actually.

Will it be implemented in a newer version?
