I would use the crossfader of the mixer. You have 2 channels out of the U-Mix. An MIDI Controller for the crossfader is not helpful then. To select the player which is controlled by your Timecode vinyl you should use your keyboard or mouse to select. I never scratched because for House and Electro I don't need it^^ so I don't know how you are working and why it is needed to switch between both decks while scratching.

Sry I realy don't know the best way for you.

Thats the spirit. :surprised: Helped me a lot.

@ christiankoopmann

I have connected the 2 channels to the mixer , As I said everything like KNOBS and so on works except Crossfader and volume faders , I mean they're not doing anything , while they're supposed to change the channel and control volume in the Mixvibes software as far as I know.

Line in my mixer to Output 1.
Line in my mixer to Output 2

Turntable is plugged in Input 1 And it works just fine.

My mixer is Behringer VMX 200
My turntable is Numark TT200
System : DVS Ultimate with U-Mix 44.

Its just single turntable I am using.

So your using an analog mixer, that mean that your audio is processed out of the box in the real world (no more digital here).

Certainly not and they will never !
Your software is just replacing the audio and is feeding your mixer on its inputs : nothing more, nothing less.
So cueing, knobs, faders, crossfader are all handled by the VMX200 and won't remotely control the software.

So the only way is connecting it all through the MIDI Controller with Sound card right?Or is there any other way around without buying the controller which I do not need.

Ok , I got it to work. The problem was that I did not actually plug in speakers through "Main out" from my mixer , now I guess I've ran into software problem.

When I play 2 tracks , somehow they are played both from the same channel.Any Ideas why is that?

Hey,

When you use the Carbon V2 Skin you can set the output channel for each deck. There you must set deck one to Out 1 and deck 2 to Out 2.
You can see it at the picture (red mark).

I hope it helps you

One Track to both decks. Then normaly to the second deck there should be a @ at the Trackname in the deck.

I tested it and at my (7.218 it is as I set it. Before playing it was 2 and when I set the track both tracks there is also the 2 setted.) I don't know why it is switching.

What is your Audio configuration? Do you use asio or something else?
