Hey everyone,
I recently bought the U-Mix Control Pro. Really great product, but I keep having the same problem. Whatever the settings I make, I keep having no sound coming when I load a track on B... I can see the track being read, i can mix it and everything, but i can't hear anything, meanwhile everything's normal with A Can somebody explain me why or what I could do.
For the setting up of the Cross DJ and my control pro, I strictly followed the notice...

Hello,
can't you hear sound out of your speakers which are connected on the back of the U-Mix Control Pro or out of your headphones?
Cheers,
Steve

Hey guys. Sorry for the time it took me to reply, but I didn't face the problem anymore. I think it's mainly because I didn't make all of the connexions before USB pluggin my Control Pro to my mac. It's actually strange. I have to perfectly make every connexions (headphones, audio output) befoer pluggin the Control Pro unless it doesn't work.
Anyway, it worked all week-end, nevertheless, there is now huge problem that are actually really annoying me: Every two or three songs, the Control Pro stop responding for 1-2 minutes. I don't f**king know why, but it's really annoying...
Has anybody heard of this problem or can anyone of Mixvibes help me? I will spend most of my day mixing, and see when and for how long is the Control Pro gonna stop.

Hello babinouz, first of all please fill in your serial into your profile. This will offer you the latest update (if there is one, but definitely will be in the future) and we can realize that you are a Mixvibes user. Otherwise we are not allowed to help you (please read the forum rules). Additionally you can benefit from entering the serial in your profile when you have lost the disc with the serial on the sleeve: yours is stored safely in the forum profile. So only advantages when you register babinouz wrote:I think it's mainly because I didn't make all of the connexions before USB pluggin my Control Pro to my mac. It's actually strange. This is really strange! Usually the sound is routed no matter if there is plugged in something or not. babinouz wrote:Every two or three songs, the Control Pro stop responding for 1-2 minutes. I don't fucking know why, but it's really annoying...
Can you please post the specifications of your computer? Intel Corei...? Intel Core2Duo...? Chipset? This would be helpful informations! babinouz wrote:Has anybody heard of this problem or can anyone of Mixvibes help me? Please check your media if it are DRM (copyright protected) files or if it are corrupt files - experiences show that this are well known issues that evoke glitches. Finally please provide as much info as you can afford - the more we know the better we can help you. Cheers, Steve
