I'm still waiting on my DVS Ultimate to arrive, but I have a couple of questions.

The First is this. Is the latest version still capable of running 4 decks and how does that work? Can I use control discs/vinyl for all 4 or only two?

The second is I also produce and I am currently using Reason 4 and a Oxygene 8 as a controller and somewhere I saw that Reason and MixVibes will work together is this true? Also on this line can I use my Oxy 8 as a controller for the VSTs in Mixvibes?

You can control 4 decks with 4 pair of inputs but the U-Mix44 from the pack only allow 2 decks control.
So if you set 4 players, you need to control 2 of them with MIDI (or else).

Reason in MixVibes is not possible (no rewire).
You can map the oxygen in MIDI for Mixvibes but not to control vst.

So if I set 4 decks could I use two of them with just my mouse and keyboard? Thanks for the input on the Reason I was just curious about that. The Oxy8 would be usable with the sampler I'm not quite sure I understand if it's not usable with the VST?
