Because you have a serial for a 3DEX LE bundled with a U-Mix Control.

There is a problem with the download server. It is not remembering serial numbers of the new users (so I've been told)

Please be patient. The team are working there hardest to resolve this problem for you and other new users

Hi,
i´ve registered Cross DJ today but cannot download any update. Forum says 0 Byte download available.

I can´t believe that the server problem still exist. If "Yes" you should hire some experts.

I can't believe too! manual check registration in a couple of hour here it's 1am :cool:

I have DVS, bought in a pack and Cross DJ that came with my U-Mix Control Pro. Then i bought the upgrade to Cross.
When i want to add my serial of Cross i have to delete the serials of both DVS an Cross DJ. Is that normal?

No, you can fill as many serials as you want.

Just like it says on your pofile page: "one serial per line".

That didn't work here.
There kept appearing a message saying that the serials allready were in use. Now i deleted both the DVS and Cross DJ serial, and filled in my Cross serial so i could update. My previous Cross didn't work with my controller, the U-Mix Control Pro.

Did you buy the software second hand?

If it says "serial already in use" then you should have written a PM to N-deep or uncleVibes.

And wtf? Cross didn´t work with the U-Mix Control Pro? :?:

I got also a message when I want to add my new Cross DJ licence that my first entry licence is allready in use (yes from me ;)) and when I delete it says to the next entry that these is already to in use.

So for me it is also not working.
