random setting change somewhere? plz help

my recently purchased copy of mixvibes Cross has been working fine since it was downloaded up until today when i randomly lost audio from my left control deck. ive checked everything i know to check in both the software and my hardware and i cant figure out why. my right control deck has 100% quality. someone please help me

How do you control it? Timedoce vinyl or CDs? If you are working with CDs as I am doing please have a look at the input volume. If this one is too high, Cross might loose the timecode - the timecode quality decreases. Check your audio interface panel and lower your input. And for further posting please write more about your equipment: which TTs, CD players, which audio interface, computer specs and so on. The further info you provide the much easier we can help you

Try to put right deck on the left inputs and vice versa to see if the issue change side.

sry i thought i told it to post the signature with my setup info. im using a pair of stanton str8-60 turntables and mixvibes control vinyl.

ok i did that and the left one works and now the right one doesnt. so that rules out my hardware right?

It looks like you only use one input, are you in asio with the U46 ?

im in asio with the U-Mix44 and the latest driver. it was reading both channels fine since the day i got Cross and one day chanel one just stopped functioning.

Fried soundcard input ? Because I don't see why it would suddenly stop into the software...

i dont suppose my U-Mix44 is under some sort of warranty? im about to install the Cross 1.5 RC and see if it has the same problem

i just swapped the channels of all my inputs and outputs to my U-Mix44 to if it would play on the other channel and to my suprise both channels are working again =] static buildup??
