Cross on my Macbook: unstable

Is there anyone else confronting a lot of problems with Cross installed on a macbook? I thought it would be more stable than on windows, but it's the way around.
Cross crashes every time I use the application.
it's a fresh installed macbook.

other macbook users have the same problem?

i have a detailed error report of the crash with mixvibes.
on top of that i'm experiencing a very big problem with the pitch. the first 5-10 tunes i play has a very unstable pitch...it goes from +2 to -2, resulting an underwater noise.
even when i resync the turntables (resulting 98% quality), i have the same problem. after a while it becomes stable again.

btw, my history of mixvibes:
i used a windows laptop with mixvibes DVS 6, but i encountered a lot of problems
i bought mixvibes Cross; more unstable problems
i bought a macbook for optimizing the problems with Cross
more unstable problems.....

Because I have a weekly radioshow, i create everytime a new session with only the songs i'll play in that show.

And i encounter this problem with almost every show.
But indeed, if i retry that certain song, it crashes again.

yet, with PC, i never had this problem.

ok, i tried the chase Cross and vybz kartel tunes.
i generalised it a bit.

but i can give you more tunes; singles for a matter.

i don't think you have the same problem with the windows mixvibes installation.

about the pitch problem:

i tried it on several setups and had the same problem.
i think it has also something to do with cpu usage on the macbook.
the pitch goes up and down from +1 till -1.
sometimes i can play 20 tunes and suddenly have this problem.
another time i have it with the first 5 songs i play.


both problems are really critical.
so we took a step back and play cd and lp again......

Yes we have, those file are corrupted it is the way we're handling this corruption that make the application crash. Fixing it.
