Hi

Quick question. Does Cross Pack support protected or purchased AAC files.

Regards

Not it doesn't.
Protected files are usually linked to the host software.

If you have purchased AAC from iTunes without copy protection you can import them in Cross and play with it. But at some systems, mine included, there are errors during the playback, it are sound glitches. This error is known but till now there seems to be no solution present. So to be on the safe side support@mixvibes is right: No you can't.
