Talk about gear, music, shows or anything you'd like.

I know American Audio's gear can be hit or miss sometimes but this will be my next major DJ'ing purchase. It doesn't hit the stores till next month. I was going to buy a VCI-100 (to use with Cross) but the UK RRP for the VMS4 is only £400 and for the specs and features it has, it's bloody awesome It ships with a LE version of VirtualDJ, but it will work with any DJ software with MIDI leaning. I know Cross hasn't got it yet, but hopefully it soon will have I'm really looking forward on getting my hands on one

would having that controller solve some of the difficulties of using a internal, plus second sc ,,eliminate the need for a seperate external, multi channel sc ,,not a bad price if it handle the job of the s c also,,less equiptment to hook up/carry around gave up on the thought process of using a lap top with a internal sc asio compatable and the simple sound doggle supplied with home to use as a headphone, since the upgrade from using the demo ver 1.25 to the full ver 1.32,that set up does not work any more

Thanks mate, I feel a little more confident in buying it now!!!!!! phadedvision wrote:If I remember correctly, Mr. S said that MIDI learning would be in the next update? So who knows, it might even come out before you get the controller

Well I've gone and done it. I wasn't gigging last night (had the night off) So I've got up early this morning and just Pre-ordered one. Spoke to one of the sales team from the online store I always use ( http://www.decks.co.uk). He told me they should be receiving there stock of VMS4's in the early part July, and as soon as they come in, they'll get one out to me I'll let you guys know what it's like as soon as I can. I'm quite excited now
