Cue monitors buttons

Postby xRakken on 30 May 2018, 22:37

Hello everyone, and excuse me for my english.
I have an issue with my controller (U-Mix Control 2) and my soundcard (U-Mix44). When i play songs on my controller, the sound goes out from my headphones and my speakers even though i have not pressed cue monitors buttons. Also, the sound does not goes out from any of my Headphones or my speakers when the volume is down. It seems that i can't listen both songs on my headphones if the general volume is down. How can i set those buttons (Cue Monitors A & B), to make sure that i can listen those sounds directly in my headphones ?
I use Cross DJ for Mac btw...
Thanks a lot for your help !

your audio routing in prefernces should be dual stereo.

At the right top of the Cross interface the knob fader Cue sets the volumw of the cue and the knob fader Mix is to mix the cue with the master of which the result is send to your headphone.

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).
