Hi everyone.

I am using U-Mix Control Pro with Cross DJ 3.3.11 (Windows). The MIDI mapping is the official version (2.5 - 3 locs 3 pads).

I have some weird issues with the controller/software which I need your advice and help.

Sometimes, the jog wheels seek the track when it is paused, or scratch in Vinyl mode. Sometimes it doesn't. There is no fixed pattern to this behaviour. They almost always do Pitch Bend. Anyone experienced this too?

So I attempted to do some custom mappings using a duplicate of the original. I removed the mapping for Pitch Bend on the jog wheels. I added a Scratch Jog mapping to the jog wheels, but it only goes forward whether paused or playing, not backwards. I wonder what is wrong? Can anyone advise me please?

or scratch in Vinyl mode
> you are in vinyl mode, and you move the jog wheel = this result in scratching OR are is a scratch triggered automatically?

> pitch bending works all the time? Not everytime?

-> 99% of the time, 1% of the time is scratch.
