Mapping so far, all 4 decks are workable still plenty to play around with, although you would have to use sync until the tempo faders can be figured out ,also fixed some stuff and added more stuff.
this is capable of home mixing, to get you started until the full mapping can be done etc. everything listed should be okay.
You may have to download the images to see all info or click and hold on the image.

All decks/players are the same as player 1 showed here.

You can now also scroll through the Track preview - pre listen
Shift + sampler Volume see other browsing info below, all is quite logical and quite easy to remember after some practicing, I can use this too do playlist sets as it is so I am happy with this so far, better than nothing.
I will do my best next week to improve instructions and keep working on what I can still add to this, hopefully sampler players will follow if I can understand the technicality that FigDJ is trying to help me with.
Tempo faders are a priority.

Activated soundwave, Fig DJ, great work...

But i think it's time for mixvibes to man up and complete the work.

To me, simply makes no sense... The mix is an awesome pro controller. Get it natively mapped.

Thanks again To our 2 passionnate warriors ;)

It is proving tricky for me, I know Fig DJ could do this much better if he had the controller but alas its a tricky one when their are so many more controllers flooding the market, how do they keep up although in an ideal world I would love to see a dedicated controller with extra control for the sampler and sampler Roll/loop brace. and then some snazzy effect section that is more than a few pots and buttons, extra mini faders and buttons for blending, cutting, flipping effects etc., and dedicated preview controls, I think controllers are getting outdated when their are many little extras. I have always like the idea of 3 Cross fader for EQ like an old analogue mixer I used to have, that was wicked.

I know what you are saying though their are a few higher end controllers that need official mapping, But again what can they do especially when serato are monopolising the controller market, I find it quite sick, because serato isn't all that, its all hype but they still manage to steal the controller / meaning they do deals that restrict other companies from getting a look in. Just a pity mixvibes has not jumped in, hopefully soon they will get back onto Cross and sort it so they can step up in the future.

And thanks for the nice words, much appreciate the thought, I will still keep at this for back up anyway, and normally when I have had official mapping for other controllers in the past I still go on and add the deeper sampler controls by doubling up controls using a modifier which is similar in practice to the shift button.

I have been playing with this mapping and today I am planning a set or two, also trying to weed out any mistakes, so we at least have something, but the LED etc are so missed. I was in two minds to send denon a request on behalf of mixvibes for a controller, but like I say I think serato will have some clause making things difficult for denon no doubt when in fact you would think it would be the other way round, serato does bug me for such reasons.

again thanks and I plus one your request, because the MCX is the controller I am 100000000% sticking with, but maybe in future I may have to go back to traktor more so because they have their own controllers, but this is not until I have given mixvibes my loyalty for this near future because I do believe, I find quite a few small improvements needed the more I use Cross but all logical stuff these improvements as suppose to new function/features I would suggest.

anyhow I think I can still do some good mixes with what we have mapped so far.

I could do a complete map for this controller. However, in order to do it correctly and in the least amount of time I need the preliminary testing to be done as I have outlined previously. Without the results for that test I don't have sufficient information to fully map the performance pads.

I am still a bit confused with the rest of that tests, things are not quite yet falling into place, but I got a whole free day tomorrow, so I am going to study what you ask, maybe djreff better understands, but I will still carry on learning just incase and for my own future knowledge to, I wish to understand.

Thanks FigDJ and djreff for jumping in

and Mix Toff, we will get their in the end, but with the screens I here Denon have made sure this will not be possible according to what I read on the Traktor forum, but I guess time will tell, so easy now man :right: be patient, their is nobody that wants all this more than me, :)
