The mapping is correct and revealed much needed information that I need to make the endless encoders for the loop to work. In addition I need to know if what you map, (the commands that I requested) did they actually worked to perform the function correctly.

Ok I need a little clarification. This particular knob is a challenge but I am not giving up yet. When you say descend, you mean go lower on the list and you are moving the knob CC(CC=clockwise) When you say rise, (you mean go up on the list and you are moving the knob CCW (counterclockwise) Did I interpret that correctly?

ROZE61 wrote:selectupdown(Manufacturer).mappings with this mapping the tracks go up one by one and descend two by two. so it is acceptable
I have been mapping Browse active browsable instead of track browse because "Trust Me" as your collection increases in size and you start adding new playlist the functionality of track browse falls short. instead browse active browsable allows you to browse thru playlist names and the also into tracks.

Selectortest3.mappings Selectortest5.mappings Selectortest4.mappings Selectortest1.mappings Selectortest2.mappings I know I am asking for a lot, however, we are very close to a perfect map, so if you hang in there with my request for information we can give this map to the Cross DJ community for everyone's benefit. I am posting 5 test files, they are all about the selector. It is just getting a little hard to keep track of what I tried before so here it is. For each one Move the selector CC --> and tell me how many step did it go down, Move the selector CCW <-- and tell me how many step did it go up, CC+1, CCW-2 and so on.

I have tested the files: number 1> CC 1 song - CCW not work. other files decrease and increase equal ... +130 songs - 130 songs. I tried to change the number 1 file (integer map fader / knob) and increases CC1 - CCW2

I guess CC+1 and CCW -2 will be as close as we are going to get on that one. Could you please send me that file so I will include it in the final version? Once I compile the final file I will post a final version with full documentation. Last attempt on this one. I made some changes. You should try this with a track loaded. On the band below the track full waveform. The command for autoloop, should cause the number under auto to change. The command for smart seek should make the arrows next to the seek number to blink. The command for the sampler browser should trigger the browser menu to pop up. If this last attempt does not work I will move to finalize the map as is and provide the full documentation. If this does not work I am sorry but without physically having access to the controller that is as far as I can go.
