Just made this simple mapping, You need to be running with bank mode turned off, as I'm using the bank buttons for pitch bend.

Faders and knobs are mapped to the mixer volume/filter controls for deck 3 and 4.

Update: This version now also controls decks 3 and 4 for cue point juggling if you're using them (top 8 for deck 3, bottom 8 for deck 4). Arcade buttons fire cue points, bank buttons will load deck and sync BPM with master. This also works if you are using one sampler and one deck, and works no matter which one is the sampler. Top 8 is always whatever is on the left and bottom 8 for whatever on the right.
