Still waiting for an update to use crossdj and the Pioneer DDJ-WeGo3 on my iPad. Any good news so far?

Hey all,
Thanks a lot for your kind feedback. I'll pass it on to our product dev. team, hope they will address it in the near future. Until then, thanks for your support and understanding.

Hi guys,
Can this PC mapping be easily converted to work with Mac?
I have tried selecting this file from the MIDI mapping preference but Cross DJ on OS X does not recognise the file type.
Just bought a DDJ-WEGO 3 and really want to use this immediately with Cross DJ
Otherwise I suppose I'll have to defect over to VirtualDJ 8 or Djay Pro etc etc
Thanks

Are you talking about the file at the beginning of the thread? It should work for both MAC and PC. If not then If you post the file you are talking about, I can take a quick look. Not having the controller at hand a mapping for the DDJ-WEGO should take 3 days at the most.

Hey FigDJ, Thanks for responding quickly Yes, I tried the file at the start of this post. As I mentioned I tried to browse to the file in my downloads folder via the MIDI tab in preferences but the .mapping file was greyed out and not selectable. I couldn't seem to see any other option of importing the mapping. Any ideas? Thanks for the help dude!

Thanks for the reply Daniel but unfortunately that's exactly what I did and as mentioned the DDJ-WeGO3(Pioneer).mappings file was greyed out and not selectable within the browser. I have just downloaded the file to my Mac at work and noticed that the brackets within the filename have been replaced with their ASCII equivalents i.e. DDJ-WeGO3%28Pioneer%29.mappings. I doubt this is the cause but I will try renaming the file the remove the % characters. I could not work out how to find my license key from within the software. as I purchased it via the Mac app store, I'm not sure it even has one?
