howto configure button "HOLD" on cdj400 to active sync on de

where I have to configure the program so that by pressing the button "hold" on my Pioneer CDJ400 activate the "sync"

As your are in Cross, you are using the CDJ-400 in HID (native mode), meaning there's no editable mapping.
Then you can't achieve want you want.

There's no sync button on CDJ-400.

The main goal of HID in Cross products is to follow as much as possible the deck behavior.

I am not too happy on that to be fair. I would like the option to remap my CDJ400 to have a sync button. Why can't these be edited?
