Have you tried enabled HQ recording in settings?
As this is likely better quality than sources you use there can hardly be a reason to record with even more quality.
Recording via the aux output is possible. But most times will be a decrease in quality.
Further Android doesn't provide the option to use multiple audio outputs in parallel.
Please provide some more info as why you would want to have higher quality than available.
