The major one being a flaw in audio when loading a new track. The loss of audio would make this impossible to use live.
Do you remember when the loss of audio happened? At the very start of the loading, or during the loading?
Does it occur each time you load a track?
The second is to quantize cue points, because unless you have good split millisecond judgement they're not really any use when track hopping or cueing on the fly.
