CrossDJ Remote For Android?

I've recently seen one or two apps that claim to have the ability to control DJ programs by emulating a MIDI controller, but they are messy and involve installing odd bits of software and drivers, and they rarely work well... :(

How about a version of CrossDJ Remote for Android phones and tablets?

The platform is very popular, and due to the lower price of Android devices, it is rapidly gaining ground on Apple's iOS.

Take a look at your phones guys - I bet that quite a few of you are using Android! ;)

Why's that? Any idea? Or do you mean the time it takes from touching the display to execute the command?

The audio part is the poor link into the equation. Not designed for real time, no effort seems to be put on this side by Google & co.

Have I got this wrong, but I thought that the app was just to control the software running on a PC? I thought it was more like a remote control rather than a music player?

Now I see the limitations! ;)

To be honest, I'm not even sure that I'd have the confidence to use such an app at a live event! I'd be too worried about getting something wrong and wrecking the night!
