Sync mode constantly reverts back to 4 beat sync mode. I prefer to have it set to 16 beat but it keeps reverting back to 4. It does so for example as soon as I switch to portrait mode.
Is this intentional?
I do prefer to have it stick to 16 beat always.

It's a preference setting so it should stay 16 till you change the setting.

However I tried to duplicate your issue but don't manage to get it to change to 4 beats other than manual changing it.

Could you try providing some more details/steps including Android and Cross version.

CrossDJ version is 3.5.1 and I'm on Android 10 (Oneplus 7T Pro OxygenOS 10.0.7)

And it just reverts at least every time I switch to portrait mode.

You can see that as soon as I turn my phone into portrait it switches to the fast rotating 4 beat animation

Of course I could stay in landscape mode but it's annoying as I'm used to switch to portrait when I'm loading or scrolling through playlists.

Your vid is clear. Though I do get 4 beat when expecting 16 to me it seems there's even more to it. Did not spend to much time to it,

- deck B seems not always to go faster
- suspsect that only track loaded after (re)setting value is at 16 (to start). So setting not overruling current loaded track if somehow changed to 4.

I'm not in the circumstance to test more at the moment. But pretty sure you're onto something.

But i assume if you set sync mode setting to 16 beats it should stay like that for at least the current session untill you close CrossDJ.
That's at least is what i was convinced it should do.

I thought I was an isolated case but I found that the same thing happens on my old Android 7 tablet.
When rotating from landscape to portrait sync mode resets itself to 4 although it is set to 16.
