Cross DJ Shop Not Loading

Hello,

When I try to access the Cross DJ Shop on my Galaxy S10e it gets stuck on "Loading..." and nothing ever comes up.

Is that normal, or is something wrong?

Thanks for the feedback! This is most definitely not normal so I will be sure to investigate and report this to the team.

Can you let me know if you have tried on different network connections? Typically these types of bugs can be linked to a network issue, if it isn't something on our end that is broken.

Cross DJ Pro:

Same issue, the wheel just spins and spins and never loads. I'm in Germany at the moment. I've also connected through my VPN so I'm "located" in the USA. Still doesn't work.

The "tutorial" button also doesn't work at all.
