When I try to update my Remix live it says: -
Error retrieving information from the server [DF-DFERH-01]
What can I do to update?

Sorry about this server issue! If it is still giving you trouble, you can reinstall Remixlive completely to get the update. But be sure to back up all recordings and any imported samples (all purchased samples will be linked to your account) since uninstalling will remove all data.
