Tablet: Xiaomi Mi Pad 4
OS: Android Oreo w/ MIUI 10.1
DJ App version: Cross DJ Pro v3.3.5
Controller: DDJ SB

I followed everything on the official YouTube connection tutorial, doesn't work. Problem listed as below:
1. The controller is lit up, means there is power, but is not recognized.

2. In app, there is no any "Connect MIDI" button to press.

3. I have already unlocked Developer Mode and tried the MIDI connection option, still doesn't work.

Hello kairosooo,

Sorry that you are having issues getting the DDJ SB to work on your device!

On newer Android versions MIDI should be plug-and-play so there is no longer a MIDI connect option in the settings, like shown in the YouTube video. Sorry about any confusion!

Check to make sure that you have the DDJ SB and powered USB hub connected and powered on before launching Cross DJ (if it is open in the background force close it first). Sometimes there can be connection issues if you connect after the app is open.
