How can I adjust, or fine tune a cue point once it's been set (using the Pro Android app)? The documentation for the app, and tech support both say it's possible, but I can't figure out how to do it. Can someone please help me? Thank you!

Move the waveform to the wanted cue point. Press Cue button (when not playing).

If you press Cue while playback the track will return to the Cue point and stop playback.
