Saving cuepoints and all other work to reset my phone

So i've got a cam issue on my Phone and i've got to reset my Phone, how can i keep all the cuepoints and all my other work that i've done on my musicfiles in MV app.
All my music is on my external sd card, are the cuepoints stored on my sd card or are they stored in the MV app ?
With the Phone reset i'm going to set it back to the default factory settings (so they can exclude if it's a software or a hardware problem).
I'm making a backup of my Phone first.
