Not sure what you mean. Other than having a problem.
Might be some info got lost in translation.

Could you please try to describe some more detailed what it is that sounds wrong.

When the circles are white it means the software beliefs the tracks to be in sync.

However, this only is correct when the beat grids that were analysed are correct. There is no software that gets it right 100% of the time (not even with electronic dance music) and it gets worse if you play more varying genres.

Luckily Cross (DJ) has the option of correcting your beat grid manually if the software gets it wrong.

When you have a track you think has bad beat grid (you can hear the clap but not when the waveform shows a beat marker (thin upright line)), you can open the beat grid editor and start by placing a new downbeat marker. Then check if the markers stay on the beat throughout the track. If this is not the case, you can try expanding or shrinking the beat intervals. And/or you may have to set a few more markers during the track to keep everything "on the beat".

Once you have checked your tracks like this, when the little circle turns white, it should all be in sync.

By the way, you can always manually beatmatch to correct the issue. Using your jogwheel or the pitch buttons.
